Temperature-sensitive Insulin will be sent via UPS, USPS, Canada Post and a flat charge of $10.99 USD will be applied to your order if your order is below $99. You’ll need to sign for your package when it arrives.

mounjaropurchase.com does not hold responsibility for any delays in delivering orders to their destinations. After an order has been shipped, full responsibility is transferred to the customer.

Within the USA, your delivery will arrive within 3 days.

A signature is required for insulin orders. Occasionally, medicines will need to be picked up at the local post office if a signature is not available at the time of delivery. Returned unclaimed medicines are at the customer’s expense and there is no refund if they are sent back to the sender.

All insulin orders will ship between Monday to Saturday to maintain better control over shipments.

From USA, Insulin can travel to Canada within four business days.

Random inspections will cause a delay in delivery if US Customs choose to inspect your package. During the holiday season, we recommend placing refill orders in advance to avoid any seasonal delays.
